Founder & Managing Director
Artur Aukon is a communication and business development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in journalism, strategic communication, public affairs and institutional cooperation.
His professional background includes senior roles in public broadcasting, public-sector communication and international development. He supports international companies entering Estonia, developing local partnerships and building effective relationships with public institutions, stakeholders and the media.

Roman Šumilov
Partner & Lawyer
Roman Šumilov is responsible for the legal work of Aukons Consult. He advises companies and entrepreneurs on business law, company formation, contracts, regulatory requirements and other legal matters related to operating in Estonia.
He prepares and reviews legal documents, supports clients in administrative and commercial procedures and provides legal guidance throughout the establishment and development of their business.
